That’s because our very own general manager, Marvin Williams, was invited to talk with The Modern Eater. Greg Hollenback and Chef Nikki Olst spend Saturday evenings sharing the amazing restaurants, bars and breweries you can find in Colorado.
For some, it’s hard to wrap your head around an Italian restaurant being gluten-free but with a long history of these products, Marvin had a lot to share with Greg and Nikki. At Fire & Wine, we take pride in our gluten-free menu and we have been on the cutting edge of the “fad” since 2000.
